Payment and access flow
This page explains the payment sequence, how access is bound to an email, and how the customer signs in after a successful purchase.
How it works
- 1The customer chooses Monthly or Yearly and enters the email that will hold the access.
- 2Payment goes through Freedom Pay Kyrgyzstan on a secure payment page.
- 3After payment confirmation, the system checks whether an account with this email already exists.
- 4If an account already exists, Premium is activated on that user automatically.
- 5If there is no account yet, the system prepares a new user and sends a password setup email.
- 6The customer then signs in to the app with the same email and gets active Premium access.

How the service is delivered
- The service is delivered remotely and does not require physical shipping.
- Access is usually activated immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- If the password setup email does not arrive right away, the customer can contact support by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
